1. Return Policy Duration: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return items. However, returns beyond this period cannot be accepted.
2. Shipping Costs: If an item is defective or not as expected, we cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, you're responsible for the shipping expenses.
3. Defective or Damaged Products: Notify us within 30 days if the item you received is faulty or damaged. We'll facilitate the return process at no extra charge. Upon receiving the item and confirming the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including the initial shipping fee.
4. Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you have 30 days to do so. However, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item remains unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we'll refund the item's cost, minus the shipping fee.
5. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we'll promptly notify you via email. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or card statement.
