The BASI cover that originally comes with your equipment is replaced by the F2 System connector. Effortlessly attach the connector to the designated port on your equipment, secure the F2 System lever, and enjoy the innovative Pilates movements. Our processing time for orders typically ranges from 1 to 2 days. Please be aware that orders must be placed by 6pm to be considered for processing on the same day. Any orders received after this time will be processed on the subsequent business day. On average your order should arrive within 4 to 7 days, with free shipping offered for purchases over $200. For orders totaling less than $200 a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply. Defective or Damaged Products: Notify us within 30 days if the item you received is faulty or damaged. We'll facilitate the return process at no extra charge.
