ASSEMBLY DIFFICULTY: EASY

Main Carry: The package is long but easier to move than other reformer packages. We recommend having a friend or family member assist when moving the package to the desired location in your home or studio.
Assembly Duration: Minimal! The Reformer comes about 70%-90% already put together. We estimate this product would take around 30-60 minutes to assemble, without taking any breaks, based on past user experience.
Pilates Assembly Service: Most users assemble this Pilates Reformer on their own. We do not recommend purchasing our Pilates Assembly service. However, if you have medical restrictions that require additional support, we can offer special accommodations. If so, please contact us at Support@modernreform.com, and we can add the assembly to your order after you have made the purchase.

Our processing time for orders typically ranges from 1 to 2 days. Please be aware that orders must be placed by 6pm to be considered for processing on the same day. Any orders received after this time will be processed on the subsequent business day. On average your order should arrive within 4 to 7 days, with free shipping offered for purchases over $200. For orders totaling less than $200 a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply. Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been successfully registered in our system and that your credit card has been approved for payment. Rest assured we will only charge your card once the item has been shipped, unless it's on backorder and we need to reserve it for you. Once your order reaches our system, we promptly begin the processing procedure.

Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you have 30 days to do so. However, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item remains unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we'll refund the item's cost, minus the shipping fee. 5.
