Our processing time for orders typically ranges from 1 to 2 days. Please be aware that orders must be placed by 6pm to be considered for processing on the same day. Any orders received after this time will be processed on the subsequent business day. On average your order should arrive within 4 to 7 days, with free shipping offered for purchases over $200. For orders totaling less than $200 a flat shipping fee of $15 will apply. Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your order has been successfully registered in our system and that your credit card has been approved for payment. Rest assured we will only charge your card once the item has been shipped, unless it's on backorder and we need to reserve it for you. Once your order reaches our system, we promptly begin the processing procedure.

Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you have 30 days to do so. However, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. Ensure the item remains unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we'll refund the item's cost, minus the shipping fee. 5. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we'll promptly notify you via email. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
