How to Use Whitening Gel:

Soften the mouth trays by placing them in 70–80°C hot water for about 10 seconds. Remove and immediately place them over your teeth. Gently press with your fingers and lips to mold the trays to the shape of your teeth. Trim the trays if needed for a better fit.

Step 2: Record Initial Shade
Use the included tooth shade guide to compare and note your current tooth color before starting the whitening process.

Step 3: Apply Whitening Gel
Dispense a thin, even layer of whitening gel into each tray (0.25–0.4ml per tray). Avoid overfilling, as excess gel will be wasted.

Step 4: Insert the Trays
Place the trays in your mouth, ensuring they are properly aligned and firmly pressed against your teeth.

Step 5: Whitening Session
Keep the trays in for 7–10 minutes. After the session, remove them and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

Step 6: Post-Whitening Care
Use the provided mouth spray to freshen your breath. Repeat the full treatment twice in a row if needed (rinsing and drying trays between uses), or once per day. After 3 days, compare your results using the tooth shade guide — most users see a 7–10 shade improvement.
